The new Shanghai office will provide business research and strategy consulting services to foreign companies in China, and large local Chinese corporations who wish to expand in Asia or globally, including market entry, expansion strategy, competitive intelligence, customer intelligence, partner evaluation, supply chain analysis and market modelling. The company, whose clients include BASF, British Telecom, Ingersoll-Rand, Intel, Reed Elsevier, and Walt Disney, operates through a network of 400 freelance industry consultants in 16 countries in Asia-Pacific, including 50 in China itself. Fusion Consulting's new Shanghai operation is headed by Jennifer Ding, an experienced business intelligence practitioner with nearly ten years of strategic advisory and business research exposure in Asia.
