HR Executive, Singapore or Hong Kong
We are looking for an HR Executive based in Singapore or Hong Kong to provide recruitment and training support to the Singapore and regional offices (Shanghai, Hong Kong), working closely with Directors and Managers.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and training of full-time staff for our Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices:
- In charge of all recruitment and selection activities for full time staff: qualify recruitment sources, screen applications, assist in recruitment interviews, handle job offers and contracts
- Advise management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resource
- Review HR policy & procedures as needed
- Develop, review, update and implement staff records database
- Assist in performance appraisal and adjustments
- Organize and handle the induction of new employees
- Confirmation of employee
- Handle termination process and analyze turnover (and take appropriate actions)
- Training coordination and administration with internal and external sources
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
2. Recruitment of and communication with our independent consultants, experts, and research partners in Asia:
- In charge of all recruitment and selection activities for independent consultants, experts and research partners (contractors) in Asia: qualify recruitment sources, screen applications, interview by phone, handle administrative process of integration in our database
- Build loyalty with contractors
- Produce the quarterly Newsletter: liaise with internal Consultants and Directors for business/best practice content, write content related to relationship with Fusion
- Recommend improvements, implement
Skills required: Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business, minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience (with emphasis on recruitment and exposure to L&D), good communication skills and interpersonal relationship, especially in a multicultural context. Able to work with all level of staff, able to work independently, good PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat), proficiency in English.

Business Analyst/Consultant, Shanghai
Responsibilities: Market intelligence projects management, consultants coordination, reporting, participate in proposals, and provide innovative and pragmatic solutions to clients.
Skills required: Minimum 2 years' experience in market research and analysis, strategic advisory or project management. A high standard of written English is essential. Must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages such as Japanese or Korean is an advantage. Marketing, business planning or consulting experience in any of the following sectors in Asia-Pacific or China: Consumer and retail, Industrial and logistics, Chemical, Information and Communication Technology, and Financial Services. Responsibilities: Secure new profitable research and consulting business for the firm and provide innovative and pragmatic solutions to our leading MNC and Asian clients in China.
Skills required: Minimum 8 years' professional experience, with at least 3 years in professional services sales/business development. A proven track record in providing market research, consulting or professional services to senior management in MNCs and leading Chinese and Asian corporations. Extensive network of senior level contacts in the target customer industries of Fusion Consulting. Marketing, business planning or consulting experience in any of the following sectors in Asia-Pacific or China is a plus: Consumer and retail, Industrial and logistics, Chemical, Information and Communication Technology, and Financial services.
