Develop depth and breadth of experience
As one of our consultants, you can reach your full potential through a series of structured processes to guide your development including regular goal setting and performance appraisals, internal training and an informal mentorship program.

Experience a working environment that allows you to hone an extensive set of skills, including research, analytical, creative thinking, problem solving, project management, client management, presentation, communication, leadership and team working.

You may join a practice on which you will focus the majority of your time so you can build expertise in a particular sector or functional area. But you also acquire a breadth of experience by working across a variety of other practices as client needs dictate.

Everyone has a unique set of interests and needs, and various options for ongoing professional growth accommodate these. And you must have at least three years experience in consulting or one of the industries we cover in Asia.
